What is Citadel and where is it located?

The opening of the building took place in September 2006 wen the first stage (from I to V floors) has been allocated under rent. The full completion of the building and the propagation of its all capacities is supposed to be in 2009.

We use a revolutionary (for Armenia) multi-system air conditioning system with 100% air recycling / replenishing / replacing / cleaning capacity.

How many elevators do the building have?

CITADEL has 4 elevators: 2 high-speed noiseless passenger elevators, and a cargo one servicing the main building, and a modern elevator serving the concert hall and the open-air cafe on the 3rd floor. Sophisticated data monitoring and diagnostic system is used to ensure proper functioning of all the elevators.

What communication facilities are offered by CITADEL?

An automated telephone system with necessary number of digital phone lines is installed at CITADEL: no limitations on the number of lines to be available to our clients are expected. The building is equipped with high-speed Internet connection through high capacity fiber optic lines and a satellite system. Considerable server capacity is installed to make sure the needs of the clients are fulfilled. The building will also offer state of the art Wi-Fi system to its customers.

Do you have solutions against possible power shortages?

CITADEL is using three independent power supply sources to achieve 100% availability not guaranteed only in case of a total blockage of the entire city. A stand-alone generator provides life-critical back up to operate the elevators, emergency lighting and services, and critical servers in the building.
