Located in the center of Yerevan, at the intersection of Terian and Koriun streets near the Yeritasardakan subway station, Citadel is the best spot from transportation perspective both private and public. Abovyan and Terian Streets together with Mashtots Avenue are the main and most active non-jammed routes that bring the main passenger flows from different parts of the city.

City center is the part that is most visited by locals and visitors. It includes residential districts together with administrative and office buildings, banks and other property. It is rated first for its living standards, its real estate prices and attractiveness.

The majority of the city's educational and cultural institutions, sports and entertainment facilities (Universities, theatres, movie theatres, parks, cafes and etc.) are concentrated here.
