History

The building was initially designed in 1982-83 as one of the buildings of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute after K. Marx. In 1991 the construction was interrupted due to the lack of funding. In 2002 "Leda Holding" corporation, the new owner, has thoroughly examined the building and concluded that the overall technical state of the building and its main structural units were in satisfactory condition. It was decided to transform the building into a modern business-center. The reconstruction works commenced in 2003 with the participation of the authors - honored architect of Armenia Mr. Armen F. Aghalyan and designer Mr. John Hovakimyan. One of the best construction companies, "Sahakyanshin" along with the best vendors of different services and facilities in Armenia and abroad were invited for the implementation of the project.
